About us.

Our expertise
is the soul of CICO Service.

Cico Service has been operating throughout Switzerland for almost ten years. We can boast a team of highly qualified catering managers, and staff and suppliers from Ticino.

Providing healthy,
safe and controlled meals is our mission.

The cooking of the meal takes place at our meal production centre. The meal is then subjected to an immediate temperature reduction and transported while maintaining the cold chain.

This “Cook & Chill” technique extends the shelf life of food over time. The advantage is both productive and logistical, because it allows you to enjoy meals as if they had just come out of the oven.

The meal is prepared and cooked at our authorised cooking centre. It is stored at an adequate temperature during transport, and is finally delivered to the place where it will be consumed on the same day.

We preserve all the nutritional and organoleptic properties of food thanks to special thermal containers that keep the dishes hot or fresh.

managing team

Daniele Marazza

He founded his trust company in 2000 in Locarno-Minusio after 10 years of auditing experience by Deloitte & Touche. The company deals with consulting and corporate auditing, as well as tax and accounting services.

He was then commissioned by Deloitte to set up a branch office in Lugano, where he was in charge of the audit of multinational groups of companies in different business sectors, in particular regarding special financial structures, cash-pooling financial companies and companies in the automotive sector.

Enrico Feliciani

A specialist in the management of big events and restaurants, his CV is a collection of goals achieved in the world of collective catering over several decades.

Roberto Marangoni

His MARANGONI SRL in Italy was the first to create the 0 km supply chain in the organised catering sector in the 1990s.

It produces 45,000 meals every day for schools, companies and social welfare facilities throughout northern Italy.

Armando Voerzio

Thirty years of experience in business management – the last twenty of which in the professional catering sector.
His administrative and financial skills provide CICO Service with a strategic vision and solid management foundations.

Our
production.

Conveyed meals

We directly deliver the food which is prepared by our production centres in Stabio, Losone and Giubiasco – all authorised according to Swiss legislation and capable of producing up to 2000 meals per production cycle. All our kitchens have specific areas dedicated to the production of meals for special diets.

Food production

In collaboration with the relevant bodies and the client we study both the design and implementation of the kitchen – where not present. We also devise balanced menus with our dieticians, including variants for special diets and specific needs for ethical-religious reasons.
